What is more interesting is the one with "PV" in the filename... it looks like a theatrical movie remake of the series...

Actually, I believe that was the pilot. It's been awhile since I've seen it, but I recall the "PV" being the pilot.

But anyrate, despite what we had to go through on the series, the last episode looks like it'll be really fun.

OH GOD NOT MORE DRAGONAUT.

The school setting could make this a lot of fun to watch, especially with some of the changes made to the characters in term of placement. I laughed so much at the trailer.

Saying that, Garnet in a school uniform? Oh my god i died. I'd watch the series all over again just for that.

The DVD special might be good. It's not the characters that made the anime suck, it was the story and the writing. Now that these are changed, it might actually be good

Oh god no, it's back! When will it die? Hopefully we'll never hear anything more of this series after ep. 26. Should I torture myself and watch this episode? Though at least it looks like a crack episode and not a normal one.

Yeah from the looks of the trailer/images it won't have anything to do with the GOD AWFUL STORY. As someone already said, the characters aren't that bad so this should be pretty fun to watch.

Somehow I get the sense that Gonzo actually thinks that Dragonaut was a legitimately dramatic series. That's the only way I can explain this attempt at a comedy extra episode.

Dragonought in a SOL/comedy package..mmm could work.....it dose not work for Macross frontier..... but Dragonought...ya... probably be better...

That or they understand the story was completely awful, so they wanna see what they can get out of the characters.

As it's been said, characters weren't that bad, just the story they were in.

lol why would they need a extra comedy ep when the whole show was funny in a very bad way?

doni for one wont stick around for se2 nor even watch the extra ep. that brain damage has mostly healed up ever since i forgot about the series many months ago.

though there is 2 conditions that i might reconsider a se2: both douchebag 1 (kazuki) and g10 kick the bucket permanently.
