I won't be very good against the Normal Mode players, but against the Princess Mode players, I won't hold back!

I say the same. Damn, I gotta practice soon since it's been a while since I last played Ougon. And my gamepad is broken, so I still have to go find a new one...

It's not like I couldn't get to my normal skill after "un-rusting" for a few hours.

You don't need friends who like Umineko to play this one, just people interested in playing games. It's not like they'll care about which series it was based on. I managed to get some people from my class to play Ougon with me multiple times (and some of them even have a copy of the game now) but despite that they have no idea what the heck "Umineko" is.

Oh, no, I was saying it because I have no experience playing against a human, just the computer, and from what I could see from this thread, that's not the best thing to do :/. Well, i'll try my best anyway

Good luck. As inexperienced you can be, you can still train your skills to try to compense for it.

And wow, the last time this thread was so active was when the Bern patch was launched.

Isn't it wonderful, Gabrielios?

Joeyscraggy, the same applies for me. I have a lot of people play this game with me, and they don't know what Umineko is. Some of my friends have gotten really good at this. If you want some practice online, ask some of us for a round. I'll play anytime.

I'd like to give this a shot but I'm rather busy, but we'll see when the time comes.
It's been a long time since I touched any fighter, so it would be pretty fun.

And me and a friend of mine used to play a lot of Melty,
it was the only fighter he liked and yet he had no knowledge of the Nasuverse
and didn't want any either.

Interesting enough I also have a friend like that. He loves Melty but has no interest in the Nasuverse, as much as I bug him to watch/read something related to it. He recently became more of a Ougon player because it "looks better", but he still sucks at it.

These matches... wow, it was worth the wait for something new to appear.

Is it just me or most nicovideo matches start one-sided and end up being close calls at the end?

Yup, it has always been like that. It's not like Ougon has Capcom-style comeback mechanics,
so it's kinda interesting that it always seem to end up like that by the end.

It's pretty easy to reverse the momentum of a match in Ougon, which makes it fun.

Beat Arcade mode in any difficulty with any team as long as Battler is part of the team. He doesn't even have to be the main character.

I haven't done any silly combos in a while, so here's a double black battler one :
