Well, the sample is from a doujin artist named Mikuni Mizuki (last name first) who (in my experience) happens to be one of the best artists around for Nanoha fan art. It's too bad that more of her works aren't scanlated.

Adding to this, I think Signum may be having some trouble adjusting to the married life and Fate is telling her to stop being so rigid about it. She doesn't have to be the stoic Belkan Knight around her husband, so she ought to let her hair down a bit. At least around him. I say husband owing to the ring around Signum's finger.

Actually I think you all guessed wrong and the pic is actually a Signum x Fate doujin, where Signum is trying to ask Fate out (hence the tips on looking pretty) but Fate doesn't know about it.

ACTUALLY, Signum seems to be fretting about, even with vic-vic's TL, there, I actually HAVE the doujin on hand and was going to scan it, but it was the Superbowl yesterday...

Anyway...

Signum's got a husband in that doujin, and it's pretty much vanilla...

Though, it DOES show why Hayate never gropes Signum from behind.

Signum still has a mean right hook.
