So according to the Portuguese translation, when Issei used paipod Lints chest sang along with Elmenhildes and every other harem girl which makes me wonder 2 things, is this evidence that lint will join or does Issei's paipod just have a specific radius that affects all girls inside?

I don't think they would care if he married two heiresses since he's likely to become a maou. I don't think she'll join his Harem because as far as we know she's the only pureblooded heir to her clan. Rias has Milicas as a backup and Serafall's kids presumably will be the heir after Sona so she can have mixed heritage kids

Serafall doesn't have kids. Why would it matter whether the heir is pureblooded or not? Is Lord Gremory someone who only wants pure devil blood in the Gremory family?

Sorry meant to say when Serafall has kids, and mixed heritage devils can't be head of the clan otherwise half of Siaraorg's team wouldn't be from "extinct" clans

Well that doesn't mean their houses went extinct because they needed with humans? Actually it seems to be the opposite. In an Underworld full of devils they would have no need to go into the human world to breed with humans. So the most likely scenario is that most of the 'extinct' houses went bankrupt due to the wars and fled to the human world. And lived out their lives in the human world and breeded with humans.

So I would say they went extinct due to going bankrupt during the war and decided to leave the Underworld and live in the human world and breed with humans. Instead of people thinking their houses went extinct due to giving birth to half-blood devils which honestly doesn't make any sense.

And why would anyone care what a house does when that is their own personal matter? If the half-blood thing was such a problem then Issei wouldn't even be getting engaged to Rias, the heir of her house.

Rias is the current heir but the son of the first heir takes precedence over her children. Since Milicas is the heir after Rias it doesn't matter if she has mixed heritage kids. Also it clearly still matters as back in volume 2 Lords Gremory and Phoenix were saying the marriage not working out wasn't that big a deal since they both had pure blooded heirs.

That was never stated. It was just stated that Millicas is the second heir.

Rias will inherit next because after Sirzechs became a maou he couldn't inherit the clan, however he was still the first heir so as such his heir, Milicas is the heir after Rias, hence why it was okay for her to have mixed heritage kids also explaining why in the future Milicas is the head of the Gremory clan and not Ex.

Perhaps but wasn't it stated that Millicas became the head because Rias step down and handed him the position? Wheither this happened before or after Ex was born is unknown. Under normal circumstances the children of the head would be next in line. Millicas being the heir after Rias was only if something happened to Rias.

It is never really explained how title inheritance works in the underworld it could just be that the current head of each clan determines the order of succession so Rias named Millicas as the heir to the house of Gremory because her son was not old enough when she retired

Riser would've been marrying into Rias family so technically her son would be next heir.
