i like the art but it sure can get better

anyway, the MC has a hard time, he cant go for efficiency like he wants to thanks to his guild members

Actually in the beginning he'd been struggling but as he's been teaching them they're all slowly getting more and more powerful. Also technically in his previous life he only mastered 1 magic type, in this one he's already at novice level(as of the manga) on ALL his magics. So the MC saying "this is inefficient" is mostly like a catchphrase for comedic effect as he exasperates over stupid shenanigans, in the novels it's explained better. He's waay beyond where he was at that age, in fact he hadn't unlocked his magical ability yet when so I'd say he's fairly ahead.

expect that the MC showed that he can not only travel through time but stop it too -_-

is this one of this so called "self insert" storys where the MC is perfect and will stay ahead of everyone? because this whole time-thingy was already fishy enough but he can even stop time now, if he grows at that lvl he will reach his full power at ch50 or so :/

He could stop time chapters ago. But he can't move in frozen time, so basically it lets him cast two spells at once.

Not denying that. The only reason I'm not really proclaiming it loudly and banding it about is that Claude's brother almost killed him because he got cocky and it was a humbling experience, and he doesn't have enough MP to use it with Great Magic. As long as he meets challenges that actually pushes him, it's fine.
