Ok I liked the second episode a fair bit more than the first one. Maybe it has something to do with the "main" duo being basically not a part of the plot and most stuff focused on that Ojousama driver and her passanger.
Also: that announcer girl continues to steal the show. Her switching between deadpan and overhype at the literal flip of a switch is just too much. I haven't seen a character like that since Kogami Akira from Lucky Star. I think I'll have to continue watching this just for her. But, to be fair, the more laid back approach to presenting the other teams we got on this second episode felt a lot better than last weeks. It looks conflicts between the pairs are not isolated to the two main characters which should make things interesting. Not a bad show so far. Also not a must watch. Hopefully I can find the time to keep following it but I won't go out of my way to do so if time tightens.

Seems like a light fanservice/yuribaiting show with too many character introductions in first EP. |

Going out without their protective gear is just another bad example being set in this show. Just the idea would horrify biker friends. |

Watched episode 3:
I guess the director / storywriter wanted the night race terrifying to look at... no one is wearing a helmet!! They could die at any moment. Anyway, some nice character development... Looking forward to episode 4.

I think people are getting the wrong impression: it's not a racing anime, it's basically Ange Vierge with a different cast an premise (considering the writer and the director are the same, this should come as no surprise).
In fact, it's following the flow of the story with two-episodes dedicated to most teams (with the exception of one, which are acting like the comedy relief) and of course, onsen scenes. The only difference is that this anime is a little more grounded in reality, with (for now) less absurd situations. |

So the twins mini arc is over by the looks of it this week.
I have mixed feelings about both girls as they seem way too similar. Not to mention, they put each other and everyone else involved at risk when one of them decided to take their car on the ride at night. Besides that, I did feel like the arc had a good deal of psychology involved that felt different compared to the other episodes.
