Hey all, I've been really into Mayo Chiki, and I got to wondering what the next anime/manga I should start next, so any and all suggestions/opinions are welcome

Maria†Holic. It's pretty much the reversed version of Mayo Chiki.

No offense, but in my opinion the 'wavelength' of humor or jokes in Maria Holic is quite different from that in Mayo Chiki. However as Haak said, Kore wa Zombie desu ka? will be a suitable series if your preferences are similar to that of MC.
Perhaps a series that should be considered other than those two are Oreimo ( shortened Name )

I really like Mayo Chiki so I'll also say Kore Wa Zombie Desuka.

You can also try Working!!, it is not as pervy as Mayo Chiki but somehow gives similar feeling. And it has an opposite crossdresing.

Try Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, the main guy is also hiding main girl's secret though she is not crossdresing but her secret is still related to her clothing and job

How about Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai as well?

I'd suggest MM!, both main characters have issues with women and both series are generally perverted to some extent

. And the comedy feel to them is fairly similar.
