So Reine is Mio, Shido is a person from 30 years ago that has been reborn and Reine is like Shido's mother? What about Mana though?

It looks like AST now knows Origami's secret.

The table of contents confirm that this arc is still continuing into the next volume. The volume has an intermission chapter and starts back at Ch 1 again, which makes sense because of the events in the previous volume which had the word "refrain" in the title. Vol 16 was a separate arc that could be considered an "if" scenario and Vol 17 is the start of a new arc which is the "true route".

kurumi sucked reine in the shadow and state that after giving power to spirits she has become weak herself, her clone remark that what she want????not so sure here.
shido return to frasomething ship to tell the truth to everyone, only to find reine there, but kotori has some weid feeling about her, after one hour shido tell them everything that happened (he skipped the summary class...one hour really?), mukuro use her power to force his memory to open, and he find himself in a place with a shitload of smoke and shit and s girl (mio a guess) and he wake and reine ask him if he is alright, he passed out as soon as he got rammed by mukuro's power, mana s say he let her to be forced but shido say next time. the chibi shit(nicksomething) keeping pestering ellen, she can't handle them, issac note that kurumi is on their way, and state and no worry, while they're doing fights,, best girl already suffered worst fatigue...and seen her loved one die countless time, so just wait until she collapse, so issac sent a message to a clone best girl, "go tell ya boss, shido itsuka is for me to kill, no matter how many time you go back in time, how many time you rewrite the world, change history, i will matter not make you unsaveble(U wot).
shido remember how the girl was in his house, and he is out of idea of what to do and then mana come in, the girl change her clothe to mana's and shido waked by kotori(punch), decide to go to school, and is warn by chubikurumi that in 4 day dem is coming for his ass and she came here without the original kurumi knowing since dem want shido's ass and also kurumi's so ..cooperation (excuse....you are in love girl)

No? The 'third timeline' (actually 208th timeline) refers to all of Shido's deaths in V16, with this new one being the one where he lives.
