Check the chapter in volume 10.5, it's basically the translated text except for the ending where Yoshimitsu destroys Toshimitsu's collection of Akihisa goods. (I can't link because of current posting rules)

Hinata's first appearance was in volume 9.5 when the gang visited Muttsurini's house for the punishment game (you might remember it most memorably as the moment when Minami put in pads just to make Akihisa and Yuuji suffer). Unfortunately for her, she tasted some Himeji-styled cuisine there. Her illustration is in the author notes of 10.5.

As for Miki...well...whenever she appears, I can't help but think of the rap 'Public Service Announcement'...
