Anyone in Japan that can help me?

Hi. I found a cool sticker I wanted to put on my car. It's "Peeking Tohru". I have peeking Megumin on my other car. Alas, the creator is out of stock and said he has no intention to rerelease it. (sigh) I found though it is for sale on Yahoo Japan.

I tried to email the seller to ask if they would ship international, but you need an account to email and when I tried to set one up, it apparently doesn't like US cell phone numbers as I couldn't get past the first screen.

What I'm hoping to find is someone in Japan who can facilitate the purchase of the sticker then ship it to me. I would pay you for the sticker, the shipping and extra for your time.

If someone is willing to do this, please let me know. Thanks a lot!
