Not exactly high on the perverted side, but you must check out Seto no Hanayome - THE comedy/romance of this season. (Some crazy action in there as well )
Nagasarete Airantou - a guy gets washed up on an island inhabited only by girls because the male population got washed in to the sea Amaenaide yo!! (both seasons) - perverted monk whose special powers increase astronomically once he gets a glimpse of *cough* ? Here you go :P Maburaho - below average guy in a world of mages suddenly finds out there is something special about him ...

Action/Comedy/Romance - Also these three are a little low on the ecchi side, but the action makes up for it.
Fate/Stay Night Busou Renkin Chrono Crusade All good watches. Fate/Stay Night doesn't have as much comedy as Busou Renkin or Chrono Crusade, but its just as good if not better then both. Another good one is KonoMini, not exactly ecchi but it has fanservice Comedy Romance/Ecchi Girls Bravo - Comedy Romance with its share of ecchi Tonagura Also I second these two Seto no Hanayome - Probably the funniest ongoing anime the first episode and the recent ones all had me laughing so hard my stomach hurt. Especially #20. The description you gave pretty much describes this, except it doesn't have too much action. Nagasarete Airantou Edit - Hmm I see... Well if you haven't seen these, try Midori Days Negima (Preferably the first...the second has more action & less ecchi I think) Final Approach (Comedy/Romance...not much ecchi, but funny and refreshing. Try it if you haven't seen it.) Dears Mahoraba - Romance comedy, not much ecchi. Onegai Twins/Teacher Last edited by devildog23; 2007-08-28 at 18:31. |

Alright it was a bit unreasonable of me to not put a list and just hope ones said that i havent seen so here we go
Full metal panic(allo), school rumble(both), Romeo x Juliet, Seto no hanayome, Zero no tsukaima(both), tenshi na konamaki, chrono crusade, Trigun, Inuyasha, Soul link, Ragnarok the animation, Basilisk, Amaenaidayo(both), Fuushigi yuugi, Code Geass, Da Capo(both), Inukami, Nagasarete Airantou, Negima (both), Final Approach, Dears, G-on Riders, Hayate no Gotaku, Lucky Star, Konomini, Girls Bravo, Shakugan no Shana, Mahoramatic, Mahoraba, Midori days, Onegai twins, Onegai Teacher. jeez that was alota typing lemme change up my preferances a little any comedy is good but action, romance, and ecchi always help (note by comedy i just mean relaxation from the seriousness like code geass) |

Well from that list, you haven't seen a couple from my first suggestion...
Fate/Stay Night - Action/Fantasy/Romance Busou Renkin - Action/Supernatural/Romance Roughly based on the world of Alchemy Tonagura - Comedy/Romance/Drama/Ecchi Also if you want something similar to Da Capo, try Kanon (preferably 2006) Gift Eternal Rainbow For something similar to Dears, Chobits (Although I think its much better and funnier then Dears) |

I double Shakugan no Shana and Fate/Stay Night.
I also recommend AMG (movie included), Tsubasa Chronicle. If you want to laugh to death, GTO (action and comedy) and Azumanga Daioh (comedy) will do it. For ecchi ones, I double Amaenaideyo and also recommend Onegai Twins and Koi Koi 7.

Shingetsutan Tsukihime doesn't have comedy, but is a really good romance/action, with a GREAT storyline (made by the same company as Fate/stay Night)
Elemental Gelade (Can also be romanized as Erementar Gerad) I second Fate/stay Night, Busou Renkin, Chobits, Zero No Tsukaima, and Seto No Hanayome |
