Hi, I've been inactive for quite a long time, and now I'm back one of my friends is telling me he can't view my profile due to it being deactivated, yet I can still post. All of my settings are set to be viewable by everyone.
Can I be reactivated please? Cheers.

After a long period of inactivity (I guess a few years) the system automatically moves "Registered Users" to "Registered Users (Inactive)".
Now I've set it back to the old value, and your account should be fine just like before.
