Wow they're adapting this? I mean I'm not surprised. The first thing to expect when it comes to live action (comedic) anime adaptations is cringe. Then you work your opinion of it up from there.

I'm really surprised at blonde main girl (sorry, forgot name). Look like she jumped out from the anime! Lanky and really looks like she could be mixed caucasian from her sharp facial features. (then I googled her and turns out she really has some mixed blood. Good casting!) Much better than putting a blonde wig on an actress and pretending she's caucasian.

By the way, you know what made me cringe more? Bleach live action trailer. Blegh.

I only learned about this today.

I guess Claude, Raku's father and Onodera aren't THAT awful, but crap, that Marika. Shuu doesn't look that bad, but this Ruri isn't cute at all, no my favorite character, no. And Raku looks and sounds like he's pushing thirty, for Pete's sake.

Chitoge's actress is fairly pretty, but she kinda looks more like an adult movie star who's just walked out of rehab than an innocent schoolgirl.

there is no freaking way that if Shueisha/WSJ has the chance to get a character costume added to Super Mario Maker, they go with some random romcom heroine from their roster, instead of so many popular choices. Like how? Why?

Maybe they just realized having Goku, Naruto or Luffy killed by a random Koopa touching them would be freaking stupid and would turn their fanbases against them. At least Chitoge has the excuse of only being human.
