Just a thought, but why are you using the term "white" in the first place, Zoro if you're talking about the governments of a nation? Wouldn't you something like, "Western Governments are racist" or "NATO governments" are racist? After all, "white people" are diverse group of individuals and I hope you would not dare to say that those "white" people/governments in California are the same as "white" people/governments in the Vatican, Poland, England, France, Italy, Greece, Russia, and other nations. This is much in the same way that "black" is a poor term to use, because an African American is hardly the same type of person and of the same views as an African. So, unless you think it's fair for us to think of Chinese, Koreans, Vietnamese, Japanese, and other peoples/governments of Southeast Asian nations as exactly the same as use the term "asian" to represent them, then please stop making generalizations based on white skin color, peoples, governments, or other wise.
