Try to typo Obama from Osama. S and B are pretty damn far apart on a typical qwertyuiop keyboard.

I don't know what to take on this news. My first thought was....

"...is he still alive? I means he's dead now but he's still alive one week ago?"

Might be an automatic spelling correction, since they used Obama a lot more in recent days than Osama...thus the computer would auto correct.

That and comedians and hecklers have been calling Obama "Obama ben Laden" anyway.

That's my affiliate.

I don't like the national Fox News but I wouldn't be surprised if there were other mistakes on other LOCAL stations. People are rushing to get stuff on air and budgets have been slashed at stations nationwide.

celebrations at the United States Naval Academy. 13:00 is when it gets epic. Speeches by the Commandant and Superintendent.

Oh I just found a real gem in regards to all the misspellings from fox news:

Well, kudos to Pres. Obama for giving credit to ten years of effort by both CIA and Special Forces for this victory.

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/05/01...d-say-sources/

It would seem Osama Bin Laden died in a firefight with US Special Forces (which explains how they recovered the body quickly, meaning a week ago).

We all use qwerty keyboards ! YEAH ! We never have auto-correct on ! YEAH !

Someone here is a hardcore democrat if they're seriously attempting to bash Foxnews over some typos. I mean, do you honestly think they put 'obama is dead' on purpose?

Not to rain on anyone's parade....

But if that guy is truly dead, I fear reprecussions from those fanatical followers of his.

So instead of relaxing, I suggest those fellows from homeland security to remain even more vilganant than ever before. That goes towards any nations that is an ally of America too.

His approval rating is still dropping, so I wouldn't be surprised.

Besides, I found the typo to be funny.

Bin Laden will likely become a martyr from this. The administration will have to tread lightly.

He was going to become a martyr after he was killed the moment he planned his attacks on America. When you do something that audacious and already have a following of extremists, it's nearly counterproductive for you to kill them.

They hightened the security of all allies before they offically announced Osama's death. They've been dealing eith this sort of thing for nine years now...nearly ten...I think they've got enough psyOps people working on it to know more or less what to expect.

I'm rather intrigued by the coincidence of the announcement at the end of May Day. It's a fine way to push any protests that may have happened under the news radar, but that's just me and my anti-statism talking.

They also actually address "President Obama was killed..." rather than only missed up between B and S.

Well people make mistakes. But that's a real careless mistake. And i won't be surprised if it's an attempt to troll

Wait. Doesn't this mean if Obama uses this correctly he might win the next election without effort at all?
