Otherwise, isn't Zelda coming out on WiiU as well? Methinks I'm going to wait for an Atlus game or Xenoblade to come out before getting the switch. Or maybe even the first price cut, since 300 US is pretty darn steep for a half-mobile console.

As long as you don't need the app to play online period, since online chat with randoms would be so, so terrible.

While I won't deny that I will be obligated to purchase one eventually because I am a fan of Nintendo franchises (Mario, Zelda, Fire Emblem), the presentation was a mess and did nothing to quell concerns.

Oh, yeah, since it will be region-free, I will be able to play Xenoblade this time without censoring by getting the JP version. No worries about not being able to put bunny outfits on lolis and not being able to see fundoshi wearing girls!

In the end it seemed fine. Would have liked it cheaper. Will just have to budget for it.

The question was always whether or not it'd have enough games I wanted to play. And it's looking like yes it will. Zelda looks great. Wii U certainly isn't an option since I never found enough worth buying to get one. Plus after Twilight Princess I'm definitely buying a Zelda game for the stronger system. Mario looks like some crazy fun. Just keeping an eye out and certainly enough games I'd like to play are being confirmed to be on this thing.

The translator situation was rather odd. Though overall it was a pretty amusing stream to watch with friends.

As a whole I just don't have many complaints. Curious what information and announcements will drop over the course of the next few days.

Always said Fire Emblem was a better fit for Musou when the Zelda one was announced, good to see it happen.

But smh @ Nintendo's strat, they've learnt nothing.

Personally I'm astounded that anyone can think that this has games worth buying for but thinks the entire Wii U library isn't good enough.

Mario Kart 8, Splatoon, Smash, Mario 3D World, Bayonetta 2, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze, Zombie U, Zelda Wind Waker HD, Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Shovel Knight, Monster Hunter Tri Ultimate, New Super Mario Bros U, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Hyrule Warriors, Rayman Legends, Bayonetta 1, Twilight Princess HD, Pokken Tournament, Mario Maker.

Plus if you don't have the original Wii you gain access to that entire library.... and it's also getting the new Zelda game eventually.....

Wii U and 3DS (ambassador lol) weren't worth buying anywhere near the start of their life cycle, don't expect the Switch to change that.

I don't play Musou games, so I won't buy it, but I will be curious at the character selection, in hopes it isn't Fire Emblem Newest-Games-Only + Shadow Dragon like a certain other side Fire Emblem that came out on the WiiU or as the TCG started out as.

Xenoblade's character designs are startling.

Splatoon seems to be its usual goodness, though with a high chance of it costing to go online and as an online game, I am curious how that will affect the users/environment. They did say that some games will not require the service, but I can't see this being one of those.

Cool to see them using 4F Odin in the Megami Tensei trailor. I think I also saw Lilim, though I am highly curious if Mermaid is back.
Bring her back.

Those lucky Ambassador bastards. I wanted to play Sacred Stones too on my 3DS...

PS: Oh crap, something Megami Tensei on the 3DS too! I'm gonna need to get through the March 3DS games then!

From the roster so far, the main games that I'm interested are Zelda and Splatoon 2. That's it for now until they introduce more. Oh and the Mario one too.
