Fate/Extra Last Encore - News & Speculation

Eugh, while it was indeed announced for the "Winter Season" I wasn't aware that it was actually going to air much later in the season. I don't normally go in "I can't wait" mode but expecting something and then realising I still have to wait more is kinda souring. It's partly my fault for not being properly informed, I suppose.

I knew looking up on this show's release date that it aired later in the month. Still doesn't make waiting another couple weeks any less difficult . But have waited for a long time since they announced it so not much of a wait left.

Yeah, that is some range right there. And coming right after voicing the Assassin of Black in Fate/Apocrypha. There are just some voices I can pick up instantly. But without looking it up I wouldn't have guessed all three of those characters were voiced by the same person.

I'm really glad she returned after originally ending her career in 2000. Both Sakura and Nero have so many tradedmark sounds. That's really something. And after watching the first two episodes of the new CCS anime I'm absolutely amazed she's still able to do those voices.

I'd imagine so with how much they need to tackle. At minimum that thing needs to be two episodes worth in terms of length and ideally more than that.

"The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11 on July 29 at

That sounds about the right length, given the pace of the show thus far. This effectively gives us four extra long episodes to cover two two-episode arcs.

I was actually expecting a one hour special. Two is definitely better, and probably means we'll get all the answers.

That should be enough time to wrap things up. Was kind of hoping that'd be the amount of time they'd dedicate to it when the show paused after the winter season. Just have to do a good job now and conclude this story.
