just making sure~ higurashi no naku koro ni counts too right? even tho its not actually fighting but the killing intent is what the series is all about right?...

First of all, the render/stock itself has to present some girl with some kinda "fighting spirit" i should say

whether it is Rena with her cleaver or Shion with the taser (I really hope not @@), it has to have some sense that the character is "fighting" lol, not just from the connotation that the series is known for violence and what not.

Well, I think that is what Sephi meant when he proposed this contest. He can fill in any details I might I have misunderstood.

Both is fine if, i understood you correctly.
To give a example. Saber with a pose holding her sword is fine. But Saber in a swimsuit sitting at a pool is clearly not what i was thinking of with this theme

I'm not going to use it for the contest because the quality is too low for my tastes (all grainy. Blech.... Damn .gif file) and I can't seem to be able to do anything about it.

I was breezing by and I couldn't help noticing your entry. It's quite good, but I only have one horrible comment to say, the vertical rectangular box on the left hand side doesn't really add anything to it. It's more of a distraction than anything.

Every time I look at it, it seems to draw my eyes toward it. Maybe because the brightness of the box is competing against the image. You wouldn't want people to focus on the box and not the image, right?

Then again, maybe it's just me, so I apologize for any offense it may cause.
