Yup, although I admit Hayate isn't the best one to represent the FC in terms of ability. The character selection is both role and ability based though, and since Hayate's pretty much the head honcho...

- Vita as Tactical Squad because she is proficient in both ranged and melee, not to mention Taunt... and she has Frag Volley- *dodges*
- Nanoha as Devastator Squad for MAXIMUM FIREPOWER
- Teana as Scout for obvious reasons
- Subaru as Assault Squad due to melee specialization
- Signum as the Dreadnaught was a strange choice I admit, but she is capable of both ranged and melee (more melee however) while also having defense to tank.
- And Yuuno as Librarian because he is a... librarian

And you could try modifying this particular meme a little, like having Gendou's left arm draped over Hayate's shoulder for best effect.

Edit: Also, the glasses on Signum look strange

Since dreadnoughts can be equipped with full close combat weapons, it's plausible.

Though I'd probably swap her with Subaru. Assault squads generally carry swords, while the Dreadnought is best known for his crushing power fist and abnormal endurance.

The arm thing's gonna take a higher level of shooping skill than what I currently have.

I couldn't figure out how to transform the glasses to work for Signum, but at the same time, leaving her without a pair would have been out of place too.
