At the very least, smokers should have the etiquette or respect to people around them who doesn't smoke.

Only if the government will impose a law about this and will commit to the law they implement. Like really arresting smokers who doesn't follow cigarette related laws. Here in our place we have that, and yes we're very much disciplined with regards to this because our mayor is strict and will really scold you like hell and will humiliate you if you break this law. In some other parts of the Phils that I've been into, the fck as it's too different - people will even blow smoke into your face sideways... eeerrr...

I tired to smoke many times to know what make it popular and how it feels. I experienced coughing after a few inhales and heavy chest.

After finishing a stick at discovered, my breath was so damn bad, even toothbrush can't removed the smell.
