Kodaka's confession implied that he had fallen for her quite awhile back. At least he's making a stand at last. Now we know what he was really thinking during their "adventures"

Guys when did we all suddenly start to just concede and throw in the towel saying that Sena won, when the series hasn't even ended yet. The author stated next vol is Yozora's comeback or this one is and most of us haven't even been able to read it yet. Also just because the first girl confesses or had a "100% flag" doesn't mean completely she is going to win.

The thing is, every other girl is effectively fighting uphill. All Sena has to do is to retain Kodaka's affection, continue encouraging Kodaka to continue ignoring all the other flags the club waves at him while they are in High School, and stay close to Kodaka. And it would effectively be her victory - she'd ask again after graduation, and in all probability, she would win. She has all the advantages, and the high ground, and it's going to either take a sloppily written Thou Must Deus Ex Machina for Yozora to regain any sort of advantage, or amazing character development from all sides, but especially Yozora.

If Kodaka tells that he won't date anyone, he will remain faithful. The other girls can now try their luck on him (or they just try to tease and test him how far they can go) - we will see.

Nobody has won anything yet so let's not declare victory too early. I would say that Sena is the one fighting uphill because her flag has already been planted even though the story is far from finished.

I have not been long enough around anime forums but Haganai seems to have one of the best contender in shipping wars.

I want characters personal issues to be resolved before romance starts if we get any.

Series sounds like it will last for a good while. I'm guessing up to volume 15 if the author wants to develop the other characters in the club.
At least Yozora's character background is interesting enough so that I can ignore the romance part, at least until the club members(minus Rika) all acknowledge themselves as friends.
