Has anybody heard anything about the manga lately? I haven't been able to find a thing about it since after the first couple chapters of the MiyukixShuichi arc. (which is my favorite of the arcs, go figure)

It's been scanlated up to chapter 52. Last release was November of 2013. You'll have to go searching for them on your own. This is all I can provide you with here: http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=12949

animenewsnetwork: This year's February issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Dengeki Daioh magazine announced Saturday that Juri Miyabi's manga adaptation of the Minori's PC visual novel ef: a fairy tale of the two will end in the March issue on January 27.
Mikage and Yū Kagami wrote the original visual novel's scenario. Miyabe began the series in 2005, and Kadokawa will ship the 10th compiled volume on January 27.

And I still can't find any of the manga after the third chapter of the Mizuki/Shuichi arc.

It looks like no one is scanlating it anymore. I'm afraid you'll have to learn Japanese, buy the manga tanks and read them that way. Easier said than done, I know.

The Japanese volumes are what I'm talking about. (I already read a lot of Japanese) I can't find them after volume 8 anywhere.

Probably follows the Visual Novel more than the anime since that's the original series.
But the ending is basically the same, yes. Just some scenes are different and severely lacking (Kei and Kyousuke) between the anime and VN.

Ohh, sorry. I thought you meant the English translation.

As for the Japanese ones... I haven't a clue, sorry. All I can say is Google it.
