Which card are you referring to, since there's a lot of Pactio cards in the Negima universe.

Anyways, you can find a lot of information about the Pactio cards here.

Ah that's sufficient...
Thanks...

I'm looking for general information of Pactio Card, not specific one card...

If I'm going for strict accuracy in romanization, would the "ougi" in "shinmei-ryū ougi" (Setsuna-san!) be written as "ōgi" or be left as "ougi"?

I believe "ōgi" would be the correct one to use, then. But "ougi" occurs when one cannot do the "ō", most of the time.

Also, I'm trying to get an accurate translation for a move I made up.

So we know that Negi's Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens (wind + lightning) more-or-less translates to "Jupiter's Thunderstorm" or something. And that Evangeline's Nivis Tempestas Obscurans (darkness + ice) is "Snowstorm of Darkness", approximately.

What would "Mars' Fire Storm" (a fire + wind attack) be?

That would be "Palus Incendia Tempestas" if you follow the translator I use. You can always use "Mars Incendia Tempestas" if you like.

Okay:

Jovis Tempestas Fulguriens - Ikadzuchi no Boufuu - Windstorm of Lightning

Nivis Tempestas Obscurans - Yami no Fubuki - Snowstorm of Darkness

Palus Tempestas Incendia - ???????? - Windstorm of Fire

Also, how is Kosmike Katastrophe (Evangeline's SS-rank ice spell) pronounced? I've seen writings with straight lines over the "e"s. Are the e's silent?

No, the "e's" aren't silent. At least from what I've been taught.

So it's pronounced like "Cosmikee Catastrophee"?

You know, I can't, for the life of me, remember who Satomi's roommate is. Does anyone know? Sorry if someone asked this already.

Well, I assume it's Chao, but I just can't tell. I would have liked to try and keep with the original in a fan-fiction I am making, looks like I don't have too...unless someone knows. I'll be vague for now then...

Another Roommate question...who is Chisame's roomer? Or is she alone?

As for Eva's Ice spell...I'd have to agree with Kurush here, I've only heard it said that way.

You'd may want to check out the first half of the Xebec version as well (although I recommend stopping at the latest before episode 16, as that's where the show began to go downhill when it comes to staying true to the manga).

Xebec episode 19, the Sayo-centered one, is a must-watch, though.
