Well, it's a solid ni-scratch that. She gets a ten, because I like her from the manga. This episode has got me all masochistic to see more of her(I'm such a kinky guy). I absolutely love her ending. It's similar to her other song Afterglow. So soothing. Gentle ballad girls who sing "gently". Oh yeah and wasn't Haruka wearing socks and shoes? Oh well, off with them lol. End of quick critique.

In any case, I certainly want to know more about tsukasa. Maybe I can learn something from this arc, who knows?
I would say it is a good thing because society crumbles in the real world. Who can be truely friendly natured nowadays since people tend to lash out especially at these economical crisis.

True, but as long as you can keep up the image. It's beneficial - but once you lose control of your image, there it goes. There's always pros and cons.

That's quite the pessimistic attitude. Truly friendly people do exist, but confirming their existence is a hard thing to find.

Tsukusa my lord-ess!

I also do have a very Kare Kano feeling to her character, we'll see what happens.

That made me chuckle, because this is an excellent observation.

Spoiler for Comparison to Kare Kano (no explicit spoilers):

It depends of the cause of this.

If you are unwilling to trust other people, you can expect the same to be applied to you.
If you feel deep inside that you are better than your peers and you don't want to belong with them because they're silly or awkward or more immature than yourself, you're going to have a lot of trouble when you work with someone else. No matter what job you do, a lot of it will consist of interaction back and forth between yourself and your clients/ co-workers/ boss.

However, if you're just have an introverted personality than it's fine. Some people just don't like to talk much.

It still necessary to develop a facade to fit in society, however.

You could be the most brilliant person on the planet but if no one knows your skill or wants to hire you you'll die poor and miserable like Edgar Allen Poe. (who was considered a prodigy in his field)

Networking is very important!

I get the feel that she's the pugilistic type, as least to her peers.
Then to the teachers, she's the kind to su*k up.
And to those who she wishes to canvass support, she does an act.

Very political. But as I can say, wouldn't have survived where I came from.

You're projecting alot of your own experiences on her here, regardless of whether or not it fits - especially what you wrote in the Tsukasa discussion thread. Let's collect things there.
