Well, this chapter is probably relatively easy to translate, since there's no magic with strange kanji in it. But, yeah, Lygophile's amazing.

Harutora's instability is a lot more serious in the novel than anime made out to be, where it was mostly just mentioned off handily. He basically can't control his magic anymore because it's too strong. If this continued for much longer he probably might have killed somebody or himself.

Incidentally, it had been Suzuka's proposal to see the fireworks festival, not Kyouko's. Though the person in question had strongly denied it, messages about the meeting place is here and absolutely don't be late had been arriving nonstop since the morning.

Sorry Dark Doom, but Suzuka is still the Tsundere Queen. Kakugyouki is no match for her in here.

Things would be much easier if it were just Souma Takiko. But the support of the Souma clan was behind her, they definitely couldn't be careless. Moreover, just judging by the shikigami that Takiko carried around, there was undoubtedly a group of practitioners behind her - strong, skilled practitioners.

Interesting, I wonder if Takiko is then partly then serving as a representative or a "go-between" them and Genji?

I cried a lot when I watched Natsume's death and I have to say that was really well adapted but I've just read it and it's even more painful it is really heartbreaking

"Harutora...... I... love you. ......I won't forgive you if you die......"

Natsume smiled.

Then, she closed her eyes in Harutora's arms.'

I can't stop crying , Natsume died just like that and Harutora continued calling her out, it's too much for me.



And I can't stop being angry with Kakugyouki he was so slow... but he decided to help Yakotora one more time though he complains a lot about it.

So Yasuzumi's curse also changed Harutora's aura's nature mmm that was really a desperate and smart move.

Yeah, this was definitely one of the best adapted parts of the LN in the anime, some small issues aside. Was really good episode.

I don't think Kakugyouki meant it was so much as it actually changed as much as it stopped being erratic and suppressed. At least that's how I interpreted it.

Actually its not established that Harutora's father and Natusme's father are brothers. A branch family does not mean that the family heads are siblings, just that the families diverged at some point.

Assuming that the fathers are brothers (which we don't know as Scribblicious points out), then Natsume and Harutora would be cousins which is not incest by Japanese law and traditions. (First cousin relationships are not considered incest by the vast majority of the world's nations and including over 50% of the US states.)
