I think he got mixed up with other LN publisher.
GA Bunko releases their books middle of the month.
This month release being the 15th

I also received notification from amazon Japan that they sent my copy yesterday. So the release date is definitely tomorrow.

God, so I finish Hyakuren no haou in the week and directly chain with Saijaku 4 ? My body wasn't ready.

Expect the meeting with the girl of the beginning, I'm betting she was Rex fiancee, fled to another country, they will meet in the tournament and she will say a thing like "My goal is to kill the black knight". I'm sure of this.
