First episode is up.
I remember reading the manga and it's still ongoing. Goofy humor with a silly character cast. I guess it can be entertaining at times but is going to be on the lower tier of my watchlist this season. It's going to take time to develop Iruma as a character. Also looking forward to see more of the other characters.

This and Shinchou Yuusha are definitely my go to series this season for relaxing and having fun. I'm really enjoying this so far, especially how he just coincidentally makes powerful allies and power-ups continuously. At least he is not someone who chickens out. Although, he actually does have a natural super-power, though, which is his ability to dodge almost anything thrown at him.

This continues to be quite entertaining. If the intro is to be believed, that ring is probably going to be quite powerful for Iruma. Also, that ominous door a few episodes back hopefully will lead to even more powerful things for him, since right now, he is not that strong offensively.
Also, it's nice to know that this will be 23 episodes long. I'm surprised there is not more conversation going on here.

The ring was pretty much a given. There's only so long the guy could believably BS his way through school without any magic power of his own, so this ring's ability to gather power is essential.
And honestly, this's certainly not the first story I've seen that suggested the "Demon King" would be a human who rules over all demons, or the first one that used Solomon's ring as a mechanism to that end. |

It's as foreign a religion to many in Japan as Buddhism, Hinduism or Shinto are to many of us in the West. It carries a sort of exotic feel. Add to that the fact that Solomon had become a major character in Western occult practices and concepts about demons, it makes sense. And to be honest I like this idea that the one destined to rule over the demons is not to be a demon himself (it specifically says the demon king would come from a "distant land").

I do wonder, though, if Iruma will end up with 1 girl, or if he will go the harem route? The girl that has been crushing on him since the beginning is not even part of the main group in the intro and ending, yet they continually bring her up. What is that all about? Is she the new Hinata Hyuga?
Well, it looks like the first girl to have romantic interest and be able to interact with Iruma will be the Student Council President. That looks like fun, and she looks powerful, too.
