Those black flames are from Nene's fan, probably when using Yatagarasu.

No there is something on Stella's sword which looks like flames, along the centre line going top to bottom.

Guys and Girls I'd like to ask all of you a personal question? D'you think Ikki is suffering from a form of PTSD and would be considered mentally scarred by what his family did to him? I know Ikki is starting to grow some much needed brotherly bond with Ouma, which is a start to building some respect within his family but d'you think it's possible to Ikki to recover from his family abuse he suffered as a Kid knowing full well what the rest of his family put him through physical and psychological trauma?

Also...why hasn't the Knight Federation(I came up with it so please don't poke fun alright?) or the Police arrested Itsuki and Genma for their cruelty? Technically speaking it's child abuse not to mention child neglect?

about child abuse. they can't because they don't have evidence i think.

No one has done anything official about Ikki's family because it happens in Japan.

More specifically...

He's a powerful offical, which unlike western countries grants him a certain amount of protection from scandals and reprisals
Japan in general thinks of that as something that should be dealt with within the family instead of the public
He's a "failure" from a powerful family, which means society as a whole views it as his own fault for not living up to expectations
Additionally something like this would ruin the ENTIRE family, including Ikki himself. Japan has a thing about any form of disloyalty to family

The tagline is fitting since everyone remaining is a Desperado. Looks like we will have flashback of Nene and Kurono's past. The synopsis doesn't say that this is the end of the Vermillion arc. We'll know for sure when the preview pages are out sometime next week.
