Cecaniah Corabelle means Free Maiden. It does fit, because she probably didn't have a name when she was a slave. The nun probably gave her that name.

About Cheese crust she said it yeah, I don't remember if it was in a Bokura no Hibi novel or in another thing though. Anyway it fits her amazingly.

Though about CC I actually prefer this nickname; Pizza Onna.
But Pizza Butt isn't bad too...

Playing devil's advocate here Loli and i am just gonna say, that technically, when "something" is missing does not mean it does not exist or never existed. :P

About C.C's name, to be honest, finding out or not about it, i do not think anyone would change and calling her with her "real" name. She is just..C.C XD
Besides, it is more mysterious/meaningful only for Lelouch to know it.

About CC, as I said before, I would have loved a scene where she is meeting a random person and says "Hello, My name is C----"; And there the camera is living; Thus we will never know, but we know CC can now live with her real name.

Cause seriously her ending isn't good to me, she is immortal, alone, and sooner or later, she will end up by thinking life as something annoying; She will see her loved one dies and etc etc...a sort of eternity traveller all alone.

Even Saya in Blood+ got Haji.
I really hope they will make something about her, there are still too much haze around a lot of things.

Hmm, about C.C's ending you might be wrong though. She got her smile from Lelouch seeing her as a human/equal. The promise he gave her in 24, he never actually kept it but he gave her the benefit of the doubt if you can say that. A chance that he can find her happiness in the world he created as a human being.

Serioulsy some italian orgine to CC could explain a lot of things. Her...Mediterranean profile for example. And some Pizza addiction.
