Minor update to the PTR:
-Fixed D.Va's new "Hold Boosters" option so that boosters are still active on the D.Va bomb after it is sent flying.
-Mercy's ultimate no longer resets Resurrect CD and Resurrect is now always on 30 second CD even when her ultimate is active. However, her ultimate now doubles the range of Resurrect to 10m.
-Mercy no longer retains momentum from her Guardian Angel if she jumps/hovers after it ends.

This is pretty much finalised as it's coming next week.

New PTR up but currently the only changes on it are a few UI updates for Spectator, 2CP and Payload. Oh, and Winston's bubble now has a health bar. It's a new major version though, so I imagine it will contain something that gets announced at BlizzCon. In terms of BlizzCon announcements its already well known they'll be announcing the new spectator system (which, according to top casters like MonteCristo, Doa and UberShouts who've been given a preview by Blizzard, is supposedly top notch) and they will be premiering it with the World Cup finals. Apart from that I guess a new hero is also likely. And maybe match history, I know that's a feature they've been talking about.

They added actual changes to the PTR.

Ana's weapon damage increased from 60 to 70.
Mercy's resurrect now has a cast time of 1.75 seconds (except during Valk where it's still instant). She has 25% movement speed (75% reduction) while casting and it can be interrupted by stunning, hacking or knocking back.

Just announced at the What's Next panel: Blizzard are adding more skins and other content to the base lootboxes (not event tied) early next year, including skins that crossover with other Blizzard games (Immortal Orisa, Nova Widowmaker, Butcher Roadhog, Barbarian Zarya, Magni Torbjorn, Blackhand Doomfist) and also the Crusader Reinhardt and Ecopoint Mei skins from the animated shorts, among many others to be announced later.

Indeed it does. Which reminds me that it'd be amusing if Reinhardt was an available operator in HotS, and he and Johanna have special idle animations and dialogue when in proximity.

Moira might convince me to play some more of Season 7 because I likely won't otherwise. The utter selfishness at gold/plat/diamond has me fed up. I saw quad dps atmost every game in my placements and the latter part of Season 6. Which would be fine if they actually won fights. I'm really over playing just Mercy or occasionally Winston/Reinhardt because almost everyone else will only dps. Friends of mine in Master quit because they have no fun anymore. I have no significant issue with the game. I sure as hell do with the player base though. They just make too many games not fun with their death threats or general abuse of anyone but themselves.

Which makes me wonder how those people got there with their failure to grasp that there is no 'I' in 'team' (there're a few exceptions, including speaking French) and their unsuitable attitude, noted below.

I would hope those who insist on making death threats don't get to do so for long, whether from being exiled from the game or their reputation being such that nobody opts to tolerate their presence on a team.

The utter selfishness at gold/plat/diamond has me fed up. I saw quad dps atmost every game in my placements and the latter part of Season 6. Which would be fine if they actually won fights. I'm really over playing just Mercy or occasionally Winston/Reinhardt because almost everyone else will only dps. Friends of mine in Master quit because they have no fun anymore.
