That's Full-Tuning?! Didn't expect her to appear now nor did I expect her and Misaki to have some history together. Full-Tuning looks more like Misaka than the rest of the sisters.

Is this a flashback or something since Misaki looks younger. If yes then does that mean that Full-Tuning is biologically older than Misaka?

I think maybe Dolly is a name that Full-Tuning gave to herself. Her eyes show that she maybe be able to feel full range of emotions like Last Order.
So in TAMNI universe the first clone for both humans and animals have the same name.

Also I can totally see this chapter + current anime = Marketing tool for NT7. Why? Misaki is the main in that novel (I think?)
