Railgun has such great art ... Sad that after this arc Accelerator won't be seen anymore.

Seems the first Imouto drew a gun and shot him, if she didn't do that maybe he would not bring himself to kill her of...

Why is Mikoto so cuuuute!??!?!?!
This was a great end to a great arc. Mikoto's character was really fleshed out in this arc and I like how they took a lot of time in this arc (about 20 chapters) and a lot of interesting things were shown.

Saten finally appeared. I've been missing her for a while in the manga.
Can't Railgun S2 come any closer?!?!?! I want my Sisters Arc animated.

That or the grandson of Tokiwadai's Director a.k.a Unabara Mitsuki. Its about time for him to appear to fit his being around Mikoto about a whole month.

The chapter was nice, but again no new chapter next month, that really makes it sad. And considering the fact that index II will be ending soon, there will be a serious lack of toaru. In times like these it looks like autor is concentrating on too many series at once and is not spending enough time on his best creation (just my personal opinion).

In any case the hint about "a person that gives a conspicious vibe even at tokiwadai" really could be refering to Unabara Mitsuki.
The timeline from wiki :

Also in wiki is mentioned that "A week before the events of the August 31st Etzali would abduct Mitsuki and later take his form." That is about 24.8. (Note that 31.8. was when Touma has beaten Etzali)
If we consider that Mistuki first need to come to Tokiwadai, then he needs to meet Mikoto and after that he is noticed by Etzali who would later decide to take his form in order to get close to her, it's quite probable that in next chapter Mikoto is going to meet Mitsuki.
There is also foreshadowing supporting this idea as it was mentioned Mikoto will have to go to Tokiwadai dorm manager to explain why she was out during night and if TDM will not be in a good mood, she will have to explain it also to Tokiwadai director. Also Saten mentioned that "Oh, don't tell me... the reason you've gotten your spirit back is because of the rumored boy-friend~" she could be either reffering to the chit-chat she had with Kuroko/Uiharu or some rumors going on in Tokiwadai about Mitsuki-Mikoto.

(I hope there aren't problems with spoilers as all of this was already mentioned in index anime.)

Mikoto and Imouto 10032 together are awesome and they deliver cute situations.
Damn I love those girls and LO so much.

this was a nice chapter. You i like the railgun art more than the index one, though the one small problem i have is that they make the characters too slender or slim. Though again, i liked this chapter alot. It had a great end and was so sweet. Saten was funny.

Why? Those affected by Angel Fall wouldn't realize that their appearance of changed; to them it's still business as usual.

Technically Touma tells Kuroko what he promised to "Mitsuki" during the Awaki arc.

But yea, it'll be nice to see even more Misaka dere.

And i enjoyed the part where she visited 10032 and meet two young sisters and talk about how big sisters always help their younger sisters. And the chapter ends with Mikoto making an expression Kuroko has never seen before, after Touma thanks her by her surname. Looks like there will be no new chapter next month But i'm excited about this line. "....That person who gives off a conspicuous vibe even at Tokiwadai" Who is this person? Could it be her?
