First arc was two LN and seven episodes. Second arc is two LN, and may be around 7 episodes. Volume 5 is a lot of short stories; I hope they at least do a specific one as at least one episode. Third arc is two LN, if we presume 7ish eps, that's 21-22 episodes. Leaves ~4 Episodes. MIGHT fit part of LN8 in, might not.

What about filler episodes? Just looked at LN volume 8 and it's freakishly long

What do you mean by filler episodes? There are some short stories that focus on other characters and flesh them out but they're not likely to be animated.

Though it is possible that some short stories on other characters could be integrated into the main series

I was thinking of something like a generic beach episode, but I dunno.

There is a beach story with some fun... but its main purpose is to explain Tatsuya's and Miyuki's past.

So... Tatsuya is Taurus Silver.. Which is a surprise to absolutely no one.

Everyone swooning over him is getting kind of boring though. The art, animation and backstory is still pretty cool though.

I think anime will just cover up to vol 7

eps 1-7 vol 1 and vol 2
eps 8-15 vol 3 and vol 4
eps 16-17 vol 5 (the 2 important short stories,the 1st and last story in the vol)
eps 18-26 vol 6-7

vol 8 should be a 3-4 ep OVA series,as it will be a weird start for season 2,if ever season 2 will be made in the future.

Tatsuya is Silver the other guy is Taurus,both of them make up Taurus Silver,why does many anime-only viewers didn't understand this in the ep?.Focusing too much on counting onii-sama's?

When A-chan asked Tatsuya about Taurus Silver's identity, he said Taurus Silver was a good looking Japanese teenager and Miyuki smashed the keyboard with her head.

I think that's why some people misleaded somewhere in those scenes.

because Silver is the most important part.
nobody cares about hardwares.
Software is the most important thing when you use technology.

Software gives hardware the smarts.
without Software, Hardware is a bunch of FOOL.

That was in ep 8,this is the ep 9 thread,which at the start already revealed the fact that he is only 1 half of Taurus Silver,as Tatsuya was with Miyuki,maybe many were ready to count onii-sama's so they didn't catch that part.

Seriously?Without the proper hardware you will just have an unusable software,even with real world gadgets.If your a gamer,even if you have a PC game with the best graphics and gameplay,without the proper hardware suited for it,you'll just have an unusable game,I know I tried some games that my laptop can't play.

but Genius Programmer is very very rare compare to genius Hardware developer.
you can replace anyone for Taurus. but you can't find another Silver in this world.
Silver is the core of everything in FLT.

From what I understand is that Taurus is also a genius in hardware (I can't say if in Tatsuya's level) ,that can make anything that can handle Tatsuya's ideas and software with his team,so I don't think he is that easily replaceable.

It's quite sad, fortunately. It's like pretty much everybody can remember the theoretical physicists (like Einstein, Stephen Hawking, Higgs), but the people who made the experiments possible (so that those theories could be realized) aren't very well appreciated

Taurus is a hardware EXPERT. He is easily replaceable. A software expert able to program magic for which the rules are vague is one of a kind.
