Asuna is also great, but her skirt and hair restrict what poses you can do with her. Sinon however has a large range of movement and can do poses like those above...

Not that Asuna isn't a good figure, it's just that she's limited to certain range of poses and mostly standing up.

Yes, everything on display there were signed by the VAs. I assume they visited the Cafe before it opened to sign the walls/pictures/cutouts.
