The problem with manga is that Hidoi no longer translates tge mag scans so they wait for chapters to be released in tankobon format.

Didn't accelerator left LO in Uiharu's care? wait, how does he know Uiharu anyway? and I just want to confirm LO current location; she's in the hands of Alleister right? If yes, then how she'd end up there? she was stolen from Uiharu? or accelerator got her back from Uiharu then she got stolen?

woah, I've never would have thought she's still holding a grudge against accelerator up to this vol, but I guess that's understandable since accelerator messed her up pretty good. So I guess this means they haven't interacted with each other since vol 3. I agree with Accelerator and Mikoto alliance, would love to see them team up, but then again, I can see Mikoto complaining on how accelerator deal with things

He said that Hidoi will not translate Index from the magazine.
They'll translate the chapters when the volumes with them are out.

Okay I'm actually quite extreme busy with my major plate in session.... grr university prof.

While I have some free time I try to brute force read vol 13 out of desperation on continuing it.
though its very rough because I just use atlas for it and its bad pretty bad.

As in finish school or finish the psychic program? Assuming it's the latter, my opinion is that your not really done, until you're level 4-5

Well, I guess they can get a job working in the city, I can't imagine them letting go off a psychic outside.

I literally went gasping with awe. So many characters for one single series... including the deceased/MIA/AWOL/not yet intro'd...

I think what happens in the city stays in the city. Espers probably can't leave for long. They're employed in the city, perhaps.

There are a lot of girls with different personality, characteristics, and traits that perhaps is stereotypical in Touma's harem, and you could say Touma has captured the heart of one of the most difficult to do which IMO is Kaori due to her status and of course personality. Though he already has lots of different girls mixed as part of his harem, who do you think is the hardest or difficult girl for Touma to possibly make her fall for him? (well except the girls that are his enemies like that Sheryl Cromwell, etc.)

I think that the most hardest one and perhaps interesting to see is if Touma can make Shirai Kuroko fall for him. Wouldn't that be interesting? That would be one hell of challenge lol. Especially since Kuroko treats him as a love rival for Misaka. The reason why I thought this was interesting, because I have seen lots of male harem leads with different type of girls in his harem, but I have yet to see one with a really hardcore yuri girl (like Kuroko) being converted into part of the harem. I just thought that besides from Misaka-imouto being a rival to Mikoto, imagine if the obsessed Kuroko would fall for the guy. I can just imagine her stalking him all day lol.

Spoiler for as of now: September 30:6:33 PM. It looks like the novel starts with the appearance of vent attacking the security guards and anti skill being knock down. And I'm not sure but 3 board of directors are dead? not sure though. to stop vent the higher ups of gakuentoshi decide to use the imaginary number? kazakiri? and it shows LO asking for help on touma and back to index and accelerator where Index just barge in with sphinx? the cat??????? The next part are just to long to explain.... like a batter or pitcher rising in the mound? with hound dogs fire arm against.... what index? if kihara decides the nun is minced meat and back to accelerator in thoughts.... on using index to run or rescue her.. and accelerator can still use his ability but his body can't move. the hound dogs around 10 meters radius are 20 + kihara with 3 black minivan and index afar by 15 meters............... hm not sure.... he kicks the asphalt and then jumps to the minivan.....................something happen but hard to tell well mostly he takes the minivan. I think and he takes the minivan and grab index away. Hmmmm I think the action is pretty good but hard to understand well basically its like he grabs index.... with his hand while driving and while being chased by anti tank missiles with barrage of bullets. hmmm its like a hand that shouldn't have reached but stilled reached index hand and grabbed her and escaped but kihara fired a homing missile? or a rocket not sure but I think it hits the car or supposed to hit the card. While in the a midst of smoke theirs a woman who's face I don't want to meet. She is good for Halloween and I think due to vent accelerator and index escape and kihara thinks .... bakaona? idiot woman? and due to kihara's anger he fired a missile at her and while he has that smile on his face a wind blow and the smoke's been cleared and the woman with tons of piercing is still standing. and no hair burnt or single damage and the piercing woman said " Good Town " ( I think ) and kihara ask what's your bussiness? kill? enemy? not sure ........ vent said my target is in that van. ........................ kihara sighs and say ..........kill and the hound dogs surround vent. .................. not sure what happen but it looks like the hound dogs fall asleep? not sure but kihara just ride a van and try to escape and left the hound dogs as decoy? and this one is rather hard to understand but it looks like vent pull out his tounge and in her tongue theirs a chain? back to touma. he took care of last order and brought her back to the shopping center. But their is no one around. People kept knocking unconscious. again another hard to understand part. I think its a hound dogs barricade and trying to stop the van. ...... ..... I think LO is trying to tell touma what happen. ...........again hard to understand. Not sure if its anti skill....unskill ,,,,or the hound dogs........... its just security guards with high level of equipment. and the people just keeps falling down and touma is thinking about the situation and the ability. his thinking of the possibilities..... a level 5 esper..... railgun????? gruaaaa its puzzling. If the enemy is too strong its hard to avenge .............he thinks he can't do anything with him being a level 0...... (well this is new he always portrays the one that wouldn't think but just helps) He can only do mental acrobatic performance and if his fighting a man of steel his doomed. ...............hmmmm his thinking its not his position to deal with it and decides to call the anti skill but he stops. Due to the facts that their aren't any reports of it. With all the explosions and fire and stuffs its unusual to have no reports about it. Then touma looks around..................... the whole city is in darkness and in total silence. ........ ...... .... .. . The termite already finished the pillar of the tree when touma notice the problem ( he sure is slow.............. his totally UNLIKE on what I know of him ) The whole gaken toshi has stop. The usual scenery and noise of students having exams have turn into silence........ .......LO breaks the silence... and tells something to touma about what happen in the back alley. they go to a parking lot hiding...? or rather not sure though..............................hmmmm well skip! their stops a black minivan and then the back door slide leading ten black men armed with submachine gun, granades. And our hero doesn't stand a chance against a gun. And in touma's mind their aren't look like anti skill.................... another hard to understand part.... the battles are hard to understand.... with all the weapons in play. ........................and I don't know ......... their aim is LO but maybe the one they are trying to kill is touma because it said that they don't leave any evidence or witness behind or something like that. touma losing hope with people armed and ready to pulverized him but then he saw ripples in the flood of water beneath them....... well the rain is strong. And touma thinks its still hopes...... back to accelerator. still in the van. accelerator driving and the driver that accelerator pierce with steel. He just takes the steel out of its body and throw it the that back and in their is index saying...... what's with you? It looks like their still in pursuit with the aid of the satellite they can still be track. Accelerator ask if someone is following them behind. ................again with a hard to understand conversation.... well to sum it up I think accelerator wants to left index in the safe area I think. Maybe anti skill.... contact.... Well his back on normal mode for now. For now his time limit if he use it again will probably 7 minutes esper mode. .................hard to type it all but its a pretty much situation or scenario being described... and it looks like cats doesn't like accelerator with sphinx being all.... grrrrrr sounds. ...........not sure again and I think I'm pretty sure I'm wrong here because index reading a book or looking in a book while in their situation.... is a terrible mistake on translation on my part. ugly duckling...........................oh great... duck..... duck and swan. well back to the part that I understand. Accelerator wants index to go see frog faced doctor. He ask index to ask frog faced for the battery of the misaka network. hmmmmm well I'm not sure but it looks like accelerator got rid of index by lying. The battery of the misaka network is only a prototype and theirs only one in existence. And while accelerator got rid of the nuisance in a safe place. And accelerator starts the minivan again and drives to a park? in the 7th school district. he takes out a bag with a a shotgun, dynamites and a mask. accelerator took out the shotgun. and reminding that accelerator is heavily injured his been vomiting for a while now. and a VERRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYY longs thoughts and emotion... in accelerator that I don't want to describe. I think their is also plan involve against kihara but I can't understand it much. die... live.... I think his talking with the dying driver that he pierce with....... don't want to die.... kihara... sense of smell... use to track..... a smell detector or scanner? senses......... olfactory sensor ................
