Just two days ago, I built a HTPC since the Dell that was hooked on the TV had bad capacitors. Of course, we switched to HTPCs to possibly do some streaming and reduce the cable tv package.
Of course, I decided to build a new computer and chose the Intel Next Unit of Computing with a Core i3. It was easy to put together and it boots very quickly thanks to the SSD and gave a decent 3DMark score of 4635. The other Dell Core i3 system had a similar score, but weaker graphics. Spoiler for picture:
Specs: Intel Core i3-3217U 1.8GHz, 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Ram, 64 GB Crucial M4 MSATA SSD, Intel Advanced-N 6205 Wifi Card, Intel HD Graphics 4000, Windows 7 Professional x64.

loots of the month, woo hoo:
Whynter ARC-12S 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner, Platinum - $380.00 comments: funny, i bought it for $380 the other day and now the price went up to $470... i decided to buy this because it's getting WAY too hot and humid lately in Southern Cali. it's getting unbearable especially my room doesn't have much vent and i have one super computer for myself and one computer for my little bro. and an HDTV in the room. the room heats up pretty quick and we end up sweating like pigs! hopefully, this'll help a lot with the heat. ps3: Hatsune Miku Project Diva F - $49.99 on PSN ps3: One Piece Pirate Warriors 2 - $59.99

Been awhile since I've posted on here, but none the less...
Ahem: I finally got around to it. I just bought a copy of Mirror's Edge for the PS3 for $34 plus tax, not used. I've been meaning to buy it for months now, but got too distracted with Persona 4 Arena, Kingdom Hearts and Tales of Xillia and Graces to get it, but now that I have it, I'm about to hop on the PS3 now. I really hope it's good.

It's still a great game and I hope you can fall into the "Love it" camp though As for me: I have quite a few orders on the mail so I'll post more news when I get them.

Bought my first car, a Volvo S70 -00, fully equipped, dark grey, no rust, etc.
Only thing really bothering me is the lack of an AUX port... and switching out the stereo is a real pita. The commute just got a lot more boring
