I don't know if Rea could revert back to human, but there's a good chance she can avoid becoming a mindless zombie. Babu was doomed from the start though.

Interesting chapter, i'm wondering what he do with Babu now. Art of this manga wasn't the top but the last pages, expecially when Babu go mad, are very well drawn.

I'm wondering how much the anime will cover, maybe till the Ranka arc.

I guess in retrospect, Rea's case is special, since normally people would only think of reviving someone after they already died.

human tend to cling to the past (indicated by photo's, nostalgia music, etc) but for this protag case, it's so severe that he want to resurrect the dead, and playing God

it's best I think, to kill him off

with the one he love so much, zombie.

Well she would definitely need a fresh batch of organs no doubt, but I have a feeling that her taking the medicine before dying will make reverting back a possibility.

Well, technically speaking her body shouldn't be able to move with no circulation and no source of energy...

"Reverting" Rea back to a human/human-like might be possible if she can get some "regenerative" power.

The true identity of Furuya's mother (and grandpa) is still a mystery. What if she was grandpa's "greatest work", to a point where she was able to live for a long time and even give birth to children? Granted, maybe grandpa could only postpone the inevitable and the mother had to leave the children. Seeing this, grandpa lost all hope and gave up on his zombie research... what he did not know is that his prolonged exposure to various drugs had already granted him a state similar to Rea's.

//Side note: would be cute if Rea can "power up" Furuya with a kiss in future chapters.

Rea is different from Babu. Rea drank the poison when she was alive and Babu was already dead when he got drank it.
