The next SBO is coming soon, until then we probably won't see any changes to the list. Probably no changes even after SBO, unless someone came with with some super secret hidden techniques, strategies and combos, defeating everyone to pull a low tier character up.

Well, Jin was single-handedly bumped up the tier list by Buppa like Carl was bumped by Dio, these 2 guys showed great mastery over the characters and showed how they could be more powerful.

While Dio created the clap loop and has like unlimited ways to combo you into it, he still can't hide the fact that Carl has very weak defensive options and health. Also a number of characters can escape the clap loop, Rachel can even escape by winding.

BlazBlue Coming To Europe In 2010 With New Characters

Great.... I wonder who the new characters are? If it's Tsubaki & Kokonoe, I'll scream in despair for not getting the European version.

... I'm not sure whether I should be regretting the fact I imported or if I should just buy the European version when it comes anyway and just not care for the fact I already imported.

They might make the new characters DLCs for the NA version...XD

All I can say is that better become downloadable content, as I don't want to miss out on some new characters (especially if one of them is Tsubaki).

it really has to become downloadable content otherwise online play will need to have seperate servers for only euro editions which wouldn't be very cost effective and would alienate the other markets.

Exactly. Its an fighting game so it should come to all markets. I'm hoping for an new character that's hard to use so we'll won't see so many of the same characters online all the time.

Wish there was an character that played like my main from GG, I-No.

DLC is region locked, if I wanted it I'd need an NA PS3.

Not exactly. You can make make an american PSN and buy if you got an Amex. A friend of mine did this to buy Outrun in the european psn.

At first i thought about this of separating the online and stuff, but they're going to separate anyway, right? It's not like everyone is going to buy the dlc... I'm not saying about servers, just the games you can play or not.

Like in Warhawk. If you got the expansions, you can play any game. If you not, when everyone starts a game in a map you don't have, you can't play.

But i'm sure it will come in dlc, cause they don't have any reason to not make a profit on their job just releasing in Europe. Maybe waiting a couple of weeks to release, but they will definitely release it.

And august 20th? Well, at least is better than nothing... I think they were dumb as hell to not release the packs in July, where Blazblue was all the rage. Waiting two months to release a pack with new colors is not a bright idea. I will buy because i want everything, hehe.
