Yes, it appears that some people must have no life. While I am too busy to watch all the anime that I like there are others that have so much free time that they can watch every episode of an anime they claim to hate just so they can post about how bad they think it is.

While we wait for the next Ep, i just did some research on my theory regarding an interesting observation i pointed out earlier, that was quickly shot down by some of our animu experts. Now I reviewed what i know about Rio and Felicia: Rio rides bikes and pretends to be tough, while Filicia says ara alot, likes tea and teases Rio.

Of what does this remind me off...

Bonus question: The story writer for Mai-HiME/Otome, Yoshino Hiroyuki, also did what other recent anime ?

I was going for Sora no Woto but that answer is pretty good too ^^ I see a connection between SnW and Mai-Hime in the way certain characters interact, which fueled my theory of a similar outcome. But i heard about the rampant yuri in Qwaser, so that one may be even better evidence...

Episode 6 was pretty cool, liked the dual story line approach, Did anyone think the one guy looked sort of like Kimbly from Full Metal Alchemist? Noel with the that huge gun was priceless.

Normally I don't like moe only because I feel it gets in the way of the plot most cases, but I like how this show stays on task with its plotline. The last episode for example was pretty balling. I'm hoping for some more development on the plot presented in the beginning of the first episode, personally.

Well, it's quite amazing how they took a exact same town and adapted it to the Anime setting. There was a quite a number animes that did take alot of real life locations and put them in their anime.

Got in the middle. Bugler who Kanata met also saved Felicia, who was traped. Makes me wonder if the Bugler is the common thread among the the girls.

Given the Urabon festival I guess the Bugler is already deceased. The Urabon festival is where they float paper lanterns on the river to remember the dead.

Yeah I noticed the map in the background of the last episode showed that seize was where spain is (was?). Also only dawned on me that its seize as in 16, not just a made up place name after I saw the map with all the other numbers on.

Those real life shots are awesome. Suprising how quickly they were found, and how close to reality they animated the town, although I guess the precedent was set with K-On. That was incredibly close in detail to it's real life counterpart school.

It's seriously about time we were shown scenes from the past war, and they did not disappoint. Together with that, we get the backstory of Filicia, who's team was killed right in font of her during the war. It was a pretty heavy episode thanks to those flashbacks, especially with that scene where the dead solider was talking to her about the current world, and there being no purpose to live in such a world. Really heavy.

Some seriously good music in this episode, especially during those flashback scenes. This episode is probably going to be the best for Michiru Oshima fans like myself, because her music suits this type of of story telling really well, as a lot of people i'm sure will tell.

& finally, i get to see spider tanks in action, which i feared wouldn't happen in this series.

Well, I guess this might slightly silence some of the "Oh, it's just a moeblob show"-people.

I very much like how they changed the regular commercial bumper music, as it would've been ridiculously out of place.
