Honestly though, Lehm would not charge because he knows he himself doing so is just stupid....Valmet OTOH, she has a damned good chance of winning and she knows it. Result speaks for itself too.

Can't really say it's a minus for Valmet, just that all of them have their own strengths and weaknesses....Lehm is just simply what any professional veteran spec ops trooper is.

Ahh, Koko getting a little tipsy with the wine eh? She may be dangerous, but that doesn't mean she can't be cute and good at some other things And then she, er, climbs into the toilet that the noodles girl was in. What more do I have to say?

The ending was awesome bullet to the buttocks, Valmar almost suffocating that guy

Valmet's fight was nicely animated and choreographed. It wasn't anything ground-breaking but it was by far the best action scene in the series so far IMO. Really enjoyed it.

The end of the episode was very funny. Jonah is such an endearing character. Despite everything he's gone through, he's still a kid deep down. It looks like he's slowly opening up to the rest of the team. They almost feel like a family now.

Episode 7 had many highs and some lows IMHO.
The good parts were the Valmet/Karen fight, Lehm's sniping skills, the verbal skirmish between Koko and Chang, the introduction of Chocolade and the funny epilogue.

However I also felt a bit unfulfilled because two plot threads were left hanging: Valmet's past and Koko's deal with Dr. Miami.
I expected Karen to at least spit out the name of her master; also I found a bit OOC for Lehm to let a dangerous enemy live. I understand that the author is preparing a rematch between the two women but still...
As for the scientist, after all that effort she just escapes again, leaving only a note to Koko. Kinda anticlimatic.

Bringing men who are inexperienced in that particular environment greatly reduces the chances of winning. Even experienced soldiers will find it hard to adapt to new environments without the mental and physical preparation for it.

The Valmet/Karen fight was a little one sided.lol. Valmet is a beast thats for sure. Koko being koko of course threw out. Scarecrow working with Koko towards the end is hilarious cuz he continues to talk sh*t to her while doing it. And the Jonah bullet in buttox part was comedy as well. Totally love this anime despite the obvious flaws.

Which Lehm and Jonah took great advantage of over the Taishinhai contractors since the PLA don't do jungle ops nowadays.

Valmet really stole the episode for me. She was badass and crazy, a killer combination. I'm not even bothered by all those shots they fired never hitting. Did a bit of a face plant at the other soldiers' stupidity though, don't stand up during a gun fight.
Another great moment was Koko looking in on Schokolade in the toilets, very funny.

Valmet was a little scary and awesome at the same time but the highlight was Lehm's badassery.
I loled with the blonde's shot in the butt, he is the incompetent of the group.

koko have dinner with chang while scarecrow with chocolade listen to sneak info hearing.
meanwhile valmet goes wild attack on karen when johan, lehm, & etc attack karen's unit.
oh koko got drunk, valmet squash karen, lehm shot karen's units & dr.miami all relax.
yea drunk koko meet chocolade while she in toilet telling something.
valmet want answers from karen but lehm stop her so spare karen til revenge later.
koko & chang get their calls with chang is not happy.
koko got away due to making deal with chocolade give scarecrow not happy due to offer.
by a chopper yea drunk koko did it again.
koko's crew found dr.miami but now she goes shell hunting so next stop england.
yet all ok give it cost them a car oh johan gota bullet in his "behind"?!
yea insult koko face wrath of valment & johan don't like needles they all fall.

next ep scary koko face oh no.

Shell shocked or combat stress would be a more accurate description of whats happening here. Based on what i seen in Afghanistan people do all kind of stupid shit like this on Both sides when the bullets start flying. Its all a matter of training and experience. You really don't know what you are made out of until that first bullet fly past your head.

Don't forget that shooting in the mountains can be very disorienting because of the echoing of gunfire. The constant loud noises would cause stress to people who aren't prepared for it.

Those guys were so out of it, when the shooting stopped, they were in a daze, which can be seen by their actions.

Also, I can't discount the possibility that in true combat pragmatist fashion, Koko's team are wearing Surefire noise reduction earplugs, which muffle gunshots an fallow normal communication.

Shokolade was cute though. And Koko's definitely doesn't care about societal boundaries and Ugo being worried about drunk Koko's is hilarious in hindsight when one recalls that Shizuka Itou's blog is called A Drunkard's Diary.

all ok give some random snoopers yet koko's crew got them.
