First episode was alright, i don't like the look of the CG tho but i will continue to watch tho. It was interesting at least and im a sucker for sci-fi anime

Haven't seen the TV show yet, but in the manga Deunan is always a little reckless; Bri is the (more) sensible one who keeps her safe from herself. Makes sense, as Bri is ten years older than her.

Sooo....we got another reboot on our hands here...

Oh well seems the graphics looks good will check this out since I got both the 2 other CGI movies in DVD and the old anime in VCD.

seven and a half minutes in. I'm liking it so far.

I'm rather happy they retained Bri's pre-Cyborg appearance. Rather than going for the hyper pretty boy (and non dark) version of him in the 2nd movie.

watched the first the first episode ugh its going to take me a while to get use to this if i do at all. So far i was not impressed the CG just looks sloppy the music is good and v/a's are alright but something about this series so far just doesnt make me want to rush at watch it.

They should stop trying to make the CG copy 2D graphics. It would all look so much better.

What's up with this season? Saya is moe and Deunan is a whiner.

Anyways, they need a bigger budget. Cheats like using stained glass pics, far shots thru a glass to avoid doing face shots really showed here. They also need better hair and skin.

Prob looks better when it's seen on BD.

Like the action so far.

manga was too complex to be adapted to television anyway. With so few episodes it is even more difficult.

I'll watch this for the cgi and action sequences. Unless they make it similar to GITS 1rst GIG, no need to watch it for anything else.

I liked the airliner design, very believable concept. Not quite sure I'm accepting the animation style, although I thought it was interesting touch that one could actually see Deunan breathing (chest rising and falling).

There are only 3 episodes subbed in english. It's pretty hard for us english-speaking fans to be interested in something we cannot enjoy

klare Senior Member Join Date: May 2009	Spoiler for eps 1: the bg and the mechs are ok, human faces look a bit weird as i think they try to make the drawing in the manga into 3D feels like this will be closer to the manga than the movies, which is a good thing, but Deunan personality still a bit different they also seem to be trying to minimise facial expression animations by inserting a lot of "artistic" stuff such as ancient scupture and painting in between... __________________
