Its not an anime, its a game called 少女義経伝 from a software house called "Vridge".
You know, japanese style drawing doesnt actually means Anime.

I know japanese style drawing doesn't actually mean Anime, but since he refered it to be an anime girl that's what I was left to assume.
By the way can you Flash_Squirrel or anyone else have the title of the game translated, and for what platform is this game?

Oooh, she looks interesting so I'll try to translate the name (and most likely fail ^^). I think roomaji would be "shoujo Yoshitsune ten" which translates to Girl Yoshitsune Legend. Yoshitsune is some sort of famous samurai, google away. amazon.co.jp says the game is for PS2:
