Alright, I know this is coming out of nowhere, but...

Have there been any Drive By Shootings in Japan?

In the US, there are a lot. Especially in Oakland and South Los Angeles, CA.

Correct, gun replicas in Japan is abundant, so ordinary thugs often use sharp object instead, only Yakuzas has real firearms (or thugs that's related to them).

Japan has one of the lowest crime rates because of the strict gun control. They have one of the highest suicide and controlled sex rates though

Besides, even the Yakuza show shades of "Neighborhood friendly gangsters". They were the first to send rescue choppers during an earthquake for one thing.

Random: How does a harem actually work? Wouldn't a guy feel pressured to choose and thus end up hurting whoever he didn't pick?

Also, how does one make a choice without ending up on a nice boat?

This is why most of them end up as "No End". An actual harem is rare and far in between.

For me, the way I write is like playing politics. There's alliances and betrayals. There's some who may appear to be a reigning favorite, then another takes the lead. But I usually make my lead the one who has to put in effort instead of the other way around, so its similar to a dating sim where you have to raise everyone's meters, and raising 1 persons meters drops you on another meter.

@ Meister - Like Riviera? That makes sense since it would balance it out.

The reason I'm asking is because Ichika's segment is a harem dodecahedron compared to Kyuukai's and Irish's who focus on a developing relationship.

Balanced harem is hard since you make it more difficult to choose one by the end of it.

@ Jak - You mean Yandere childhood friend using a cutter? I watched it but the girls there are fine with polygamy. The Gods and Demons apparently allow polygamy in their world so they're not worried.

Tokimeki style? Well, Ichika AVOID choosing altogether so far because he doesn't want any girlfriend, but common reason for No Ending harem is that the guy was too wimpy to achieve conclusion (pick one or ALL OF THEM, OR DITCH THEM ALL), this kind of result is one thing I hated the most.

One of the finer example of Character Derailment...she's not even have a slightlest hint of Yandere-ism in original VN, the anime made her Yandere mascot before the Yuuno Gasai ascended to the throne as Queen of all Yanderes.

What about you? Any advice to make the end choice easier?

It's obvious, the Harem member should be the one clearing things up, not only the protagonist. Harem member is people, not object, they can decide by themselves right?

In Sacred Twins Houki will be the one who begin it (ironically) because she already knew Madoka's feeling (They're eerily similar in many things). Cecilia is in Denial and Rin was oblivious. Charles is possible Gay option but he's after Laura anyway. Ran and Kanzashi simply has no chance. And Tatenashi just being herself (?)

As I said, better share him than pulled him from all sides for yourself, or just gave up chasing him and friendzone yourself so that he can pick one he think the best.

Fridge horror ensues with No ending because it means....well, never-ending struggle, it's really hell on earth.

@ Rain - Just re-read HOTM. Why does Tatenashi have feelings for Kyuukai and vice versa? I could've sworn he spent at most 2 hours with her.
