Which is why it's always hard to be the good guy. Mikoto could have probably tortured her way to all of the information and taken out all of the scientists involved, rather than attacking the facilities themselves and not injuring anyone. |

In this episode, Mikoto acts people from X-Men and Matrix. The fight between JC(junior High girl) and JK(High School girl) is scary. Also, they introduce a crazy French girl. In anime, French girl usually acts lnice.

Spoiler:
I also like how J.C. staff is breaking up fights scenes into multiple parts to make them more dramatic. I remember when everyone was joking after episode 5 credits about how they are trying to make the show more dramatic and now it's actually a pretty good adaptation so far of the manga. I hope we get even better things in the next two weeks. |

Oh, and if you can handle the girl in your avatar, I think you'll be fine with Frenda.

This again? Every time people bring up that episode they make it sound like the entire season was just as bad
If you truly believe so then I have nothing else to say.

No, that's just the best (worst) example. The season as a whole was inconsistent with its quality, especially in comparison to Railgun. You can't make the case that they're anywhere near equal. They aren't.

Anyway, this episode... Yeah, step aside Frenda, let Muginon do the job. A Level 5 even at half power is still too much for your half of the job. You're halfway done, though

That episode was just perfect. 10/10. This was exactly what I was hoping for when they said they would be doing this season. I have been waiting to see ITEM animated for oh so very long.
As much as I prefer Index to Railgun there's no denying Railgun has better animation
