I'm not a fan of this Bankai, but hopefully there is more to it and more to the fight. A silent monster is pretty boring. I was hoping it had something directly to do with Yachiru like Stark's guns did with Lillienette. In this case, he might as well have just been injected with one of Mayuri's medicines or something, but like I said, hopefully there is more to it.

I know it's stupid, and I'm trying to hold back from saying it because I'm fully aware of what I'm reading but... ripping out an arm from its socket by pinching a bit of skin on the knuckle was a bit too much for me, even by bleach standards.

The bankai fits Kenpachi, but it's sort of disappointing. The fight isn't over yet, so hopefully there is more to it.

His bankai skill is instant dislocation/dismemberment I think Kubo just wants to up his own game in the maimed characters roster, it's been running forever.

I'm thinking whatever is cut by the Bankai version of the sword stays cut. Wounds caused by the sword don't heal. That would explain why the hand didn't grow back. The arm injury was just him ripping the arm off (leverage what?), so it was able to heal same as if Niisama or Hitsu or pre-Bankai Zaraki had done it. The wound and blood were gone from the facial slash in the last panel, so I'm just going to assume Kubo forgot to add that wound, or just decided not to show it since it would busy up the bisection spread.

As for whether Thor!Quincy is dead, I'd say he's still got about half a chance of making it... ^_^

They certainly seem similar, but from initial impressions of Ken's bankai, it seems he focuses his reiatsu to gain more strength whereas Ichigo focused his to gain more speed.

As for Ken losing his banter, I'd hope it's just the suddenness of the powerup that's left him with nothing to say. It'd be weird for him to completely lose himself and be potentially counterproductive.

Newly hyped bankai lasts for 1 chapter only as usual.. power creep level is just too much. And the new Hyorinmaru is no exception either lol. But come on, from baby face to ikemen... Hitsugaya going to gain more fans like this.

and kenpachis power is so immense that his own body cant withstand it, and yachiru seems to be the controller of the immense powers outlet :O

either way, cool stuff, the quincy gets even bigger and stronger and hitsugaya can somehow age himself to adult levels,

Oh, what's that, that annoying guy still isn't dead? Predictable and boring. Not surprised another "miracle" kicked in. Probably would have been more surprised if he did go down last chapter.

Now we just need to have someone show up with a convenient anti-miracle ability to finish the battle in a double KO that takes out everyone nearby, just like with Kyoraku.

When did that bit about "last flower, time runs out" start? I think way back with one of Grimmjaw's minions suggesting that? Though not like an Arrancar would know for sure, but you'd think Hitsugaya would have stalled for time in his battles more often, like how Ikkaku's bankai takes a while to charge up. Not to mention how long the Hallibel battle dragged on. So how long until Hitsugaya loses? 10 pages? Not like even Zaraki has time to get used to his new bankai.

^in some sense ice bankai is actually a really good counter against miracle-quincy, think about it, he can simply freeze that guy without injuring him and therefore powering him up
