The entire chapter is awesome. Kubinashi and Itaku definitely shines, but the real winner is Shouei, he's really amazing in this chapter. I hope we can see him fight any time soon.

I'm new and decided to jump on this thread because Nurarihyon no Mago has recently become a favorite of mine.
My favorite characters are Mezumaru, Yosuzume, Kurotabou, Night Rikuo, Nurarihyon and Jami (wow, that's a lot of favs XD)

kind of pretty predictable with this kind of genre.... a collaboration between the Omyuji and the youkai factions to compensate for the lack of experience of our main characters.

I've actually been curious, but where does Nurarihyon take place?
I realize that Toono and Kyoto have been visited, but where does the Nura Clan live exactly? Is it in the Kanto region?

Yes, the Nura clan is ruling over the Kanto region, at least that's what I always thought.

Translations are out and Hidemoto says that the last seal will fall as well, sounds like it was almost sheer luck that the seals have survived 400 years in the first place. Want more chapters....

Hideomoto gives me the same vibe as Sai from Hikaru no Go, which is awesome.

It seems that Nura's childhood friend is all but forgotten. Yura's gaining brownie points, and tsurara is as awesome as ever. Hopefully it will be kept this way, as I am never fond of the clueless damsel in distress arch-type. Can't wait for chapter 90, though it would probably do me a world of good if I save up a few chapters and read them in one go.

Not yet. More like she can get pregnant at will. And she will get pregnant after entering the castle. And the keikain will have 9 months to stop her. That's what I get from the chapter.

Who said that she needs nine months, well if we assume that when Gitsune possessed a human body her body "changes" at a rate that human's do ( after getting pregnant ). But, it's under the assumption that whatever the fox will give birth too has a human development rate.

I didn't get a felling that the child will be "close to a human", it seemed like it will be some kind of a demon, so it might be possible that they haven't even got 9 months, I don't know how fast demons develop in this manga, but I think we shouldn't assume it's going to take 9 months, I think they have got even less time, then that to defeat Gitsune.

That's just what I feel like things will turn out. We don't have any real information regarding how Kitsune's pregnancy or her child is at all.

Spoiler for RAW, Chapther 88: It seems that they had a crush landing in Kyoto, another fact is that the ground "welcoming party" is already at there position and one of them is Kidoumaru ... so it seems that the Nura clan won't have time to rest (not that I counted on that ) ... so I wonder who is gonna fight next ... I think it shouldn't be Rikuo, well the reason is simple ... he's the commander so he shouldn't fight with everyone, why would he take subordinates with him ... and, well he has to manage his energy so he could take on Gitsune Personally I think Itaku is going to fight with Kidoumaru, because there are some unfinished business between them

Chris38 Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Poland Age: 38	Well the raw of chapter 89 is out ... and from the looks of it Spoiler for Chapter 89 RAW: It looks like a transition chapter, anyway we have the appearance of Yura and finally Tsurara makes a appearance again ( after a long break ) ... and well from the looks of it the Keikain household is wasting time discussing things rather then taking action, ( but I could be wrong, the trans will clarify my opinion, but it seems that way from the looks of it ), at least we see how much Rikuo has grown after staying for a little bit in the Tonno village . I wonder when the fox will learn about Rikuo's presence in Kyoto and what her reaction is going to be On a side note I think the last page looks awesome ( page 19 in the raw ) Anyway I wonder where the hell is Kidomaru and Tsuchigumo because from chapter 88, I thought that they where close to the Nura's clan landing site ?? Spoiler for Chapter 89: It looks like the rumors about the fox being pregnant are true, and it seems that she wants to give birth to "something" at the Nijou castle ... where also the final seal is located. So it looks like with this chapter the battleground is set . Another thing that was brought into this chapter was that the Keikain household now knows about Nura-Kun possessing the Nenekirimaru and from the looks of things Hidemoto was really exited when he heard that it's Rikuo who wields it and that he is the Grandson of Nuraryhion ... so maybe Rikuo won't get such a negative welcome from the Keikain as we speculated before.
