Formally because he has no subordinates so this is a help to him. In reality, she fears Kuroki is too dangerous so they are supposed to be spying on him. But when they arrive they come in the worst possible time, together with one other girl (Regina, she had a crush on Kuroki), because Kuuna just drugged Kuroki with extremely strong aphrodisiac she gained from gobline queen (for him to stop being too restrained to her). So he has a very passionate night with Kuuna, and Regina and the whole squad (generally raping them, though Regina and Kuuna very I guess more than willing) which leads to: Kuuna being rather happy, female knights (devils) falling for Kuroki's... abilities thus betraying Mona for Kuroka and Regina almost dying with Kuroki being forced to revive her (well technically I guess she was still alive) as his apostle (name for human type familiar).
