Also I'm pretty much sure that Hitsugaya will come back unharmed or with little scratch then will get owned again(maybe some more later) and in the end he will say something like:
'My plan worked! I have collected enough water and now you are done!'

Halibel gets owned WITHOUT returning back

At least that is the way I see it now

i guess it would not be good to say that im wishing for soi fon to seriously get hurt?...well i am...maybe not die but definitely that chic needs a real spanking from a real man, and one wearing a crown with a giant axe and face like a skull fits into the 'real man' category.

i don't think it was poison that he breathed...since it seems to decay things...maybe a 'death spray' whatever that would be. She hasn't even released her shikai yet. She used it against one of the bounts pretty quickly against his poison but barragan is in a whole different playing field

I really don't mind her losing as long as Hitsugaya will stop coming back and she will be able to give some fight back

I think it's obvious Soi Fon will go Bankai sometime soon.

That leaves Shunsei (sp) and Ukitake to go because we really have not seen these guys fight at all which is a bit strange.

well seems Kubo is focusing on Halibel vs. Hitsugaya and Soi Fon & Omaeda vs. Barragan

we still don't know what's happening between the Stark vs. Kyouraku fight

And if I remember right Ichigo also lost his arm while fighting vizards... I think it was Kensei who got him... but I might be wrong.
