Whatever happened to the "legendary commander" of the EU who was stalemating Britannia at El Alamein mentioned by the early promotional material? Did we ever see him or was he that bald guy in command when Suzaku cut through the EU forces in the 3rd episode?

Actually it wasn't Schneizel lol, it was 100% Lloyd's handy work. He used the prince's name to get budget for the mass production and he didn't even tell the prince anything about it.

I thought he meant that he took that paticular unit and such? I don't think Schneizal would object since it gets him more troops.

Hmmm..? Yep, we are both looking at the same unit, mass produced Vincents with flight packs. I just checked, indeed Lloyd does imply that he got funds using the prince's name for the entire mass production.

But yea, of course the prince wouldn't mind, that should be how Lloyd thought as well. That's enough for him to just go ahead with any permission lol

Lelouch was given contact to block his Geass. Can a normal human use the same kind of contact to avoid the effect of Lelouch's Geass which require eye contact?
