The episode revealed that Kumasawa is Beatrice's teacher, the former Beatrice. Has she always been disguised as Kumasawa (meaning that in the two previous arcs Kumasawa was a real witch as well) or is it just in this story arc? O__O

That's not something the VN readers know, either. I think it's safe to say there is some kind of connection, if only just that the previous Beatrice is like the "magical" equivalent. Kumasawa is an interesting character though, and there might be more a lot to her than one would initially assume. A lot of people have pointed out that her first name is pretty interesting.

Here is her name analysis which forum member nagare did awhile ago:

Kumasawa Chiyo
熊沢 チヨ - "Bear's stream" ?

熊 - bear
沢 - stream (usually mountain, also usually small). A small marsh-land might also be called a sawa as well

*チヨ - This is completely uncommon for someone from her generation to have a name all in katakana.
Possibility 1: she writes her name this way b/c her name in kanji is hard to read - Like this family would care about that.
Possibility 2: Alias.
Possibility 3: In kanji, her name can be read this way, but legally it is read differently.

Yes and No.

Battler is proving magic and witches are not responsible for the murders and that the culprit is human. It is more that he is denying Beatrice's existence in the world that way I suppose.

That's what I thought, but doesn't that mean anything that does happen in the Meta-World Ex: Ronove, Lambda, Beato, etc. he can say exist presently there? Without it being used as a fault against him?

If he acknowledges Beatrice as the culprit and a witch he loses. In Meta-World it's different - even though he talks to them and what not it doesn't count. Only if he accepts her as a witch within the game and all.

Not like there was a doubt, there must be thousands of Beatrice in the world. What needs to be demonstrated is that the Golden Witch Beatrice exists in the Rokkenjima of 1986 ^^

If you want to be really nitpicky (I'm going by a subbed version here so maybe I might be wrong), the following red text was used
In the year 1967, in the hidden mansion of Rokkenjima, Beatrice existed as a human.
It's most certainly dead (in reference to the corpse)
There's nothing that confirms that this corpse is of a person named Beatrice.

And then we're told
There are no more than 18 people on this island.
But as someone mentioned in another thread, it's not clear she's speaking for 1967 Rokkenjima or 1986 Rokkenjima.

She's talking about 1986 Rokkenjima. The red is only usable in terms of factors affecting the game. The number of people on the island before 1986 shouldn't be a factor because the game board is an isolated area.

The problem with the red truth is that if you want to find a loophole in it you can take advantage even of the smallest particulars. This means that even when Ryukishi tried his best to made a red truth as clear as possible, you can still find a way to doubt it. And even when such a way doesn't exist in the original, it might arise in the translated form, or in the shortened anime form. All these, unfortunately, leads to useless speculations.

In the story the red truth might be a tool for Beatrice to win a game, but outside the story the red truth is meant to help the reader/spectator into making the right theories, because this story is so confusing that without the red truths you couldn't be sure about anything. In this story doubting about the red truth is like doubting about your five senses. What would you trust then?

Sadly, it's impossible, especially in the anime which leaves a lot more holes open.
